Everyone deserves support after the birth of a baby, especially those first few weeks after giving birth. If you are having trouble figuring out how to fit doula care into your budget don't be afraid to let me know. We can come up with some ways to make it work.

I recommend at least 1 overnight visit in the first week of being home. While mom rests I can with some quiet tasks and watching over baby. I bring the baby to you for feedings, so no need to get out of bed. For later overnight visits, we can find a routine that works best for newborn care throughout the night. More can be discussed during prenatal planning visit.

Payment Plan

Deposit is half of the service cost which is due upon signing the contract. The other half is due before start of service. More accessible plans available for higher packages. Will discuss in more detail during consultation.

How to Get Started?

The first step is to contact me for a free consultation. The meeting can be virtual or in person and will last between 15-30 minutes. I will answer your questions about doula services and send a FAQ sheet and video for your spouse if needed.

If you decide that you would like to work with me, we will set up an in person meeting to go over the contract. At this time I will go over my packages more in depth and help you decide which package you would like and a timeframe for dates. This may take about 30-60 minutes. Once you sign the contract we will get a date set up for our prenatal visit.
